Brenda Sillas

BRENDA SILLAS is an author, professional keynote speaker, weight- loss strategist, wellbeing specialist, nutrition and holistic health coach, and corporate wellness consultant.

As a high impact weight-loss strategist and nutrition coach for busy, driven entrepreneurs and professionals, she helps high-performing leaders lose weight, increase their natural energy, and change their relationships with food once and for all.

As a corporate wellness consultant, Brenda supports clients locally and nationally across the spectrum of workforce health strategy, including managing costs, investing in the health of employees, and building a healthier future for employees and businesses.

As the founder of BrendaSillas.com, she is recognized as a thought leader in her industry. Her company’s goal is ending obesity through nutrition, wellbeing, and workforce health. Brenda has been recognized as one of the “Top 100 Health Promotion Professionals” by the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA). She has been a San Diego Business Journal Healthcare Champion Finalist, and she has been featured on ESPN radio.

Brenda is an advisor and frequent speaker on issues related to workforce health, nutrition, wellbeing, obesity, leadership, and women’s empowerment.

Originally from Long Beach, California, Brenda received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the California State University, Chico, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoe- nix, and is currently pursuing enrollment in a PhD program. She currently resides in San Diego, California, with her husband and two kids.
